Limitation of liability for own contents
The contents of our pages have been created with great care. However, we cannot assume responsibility for the correctness, completeness and topicality of all contents. As per § 7 section 1 of the TMG (German Teleservices Act), we, as a service provider, are responsible for our own contents on these pages under the general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, we, as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored foreign information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. The obligation to block the use of or remove certain information under the general laws remains unaffected. However, we are only liable once a specific infringement has been brought to our attention. If we are notified of any such violation, we will remove the respective contents immediately.
Limitation of liability for external links
Our site contains links to external, third party websites over which we have no control. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for their contents. Without exception, the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is responsible for their contents. The linked sites were checked at the time of linking for possible violations of the law. We were unable to detect illegal contents at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we are notified of violations, we will remove such links immediately.
The contents and works published on this website are subject to German copyright law. Reproducing, editing, distributing and any form of using the contents outside the boundaries of the copyright law requires a written consent by the respective originator/author. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Any contents not created by the website operator are subject to the copyright regulations of these third parties. Third party contents are marked as such. Should you, nonetheless, detect a copyright infringement, please contact us immediately. If we are notified of a copyright infringement, we will remove the respective contents immediately.
In general, the use of our website is possible without providing personal data. Where we ask for personal data (e.g. name, address or email address), you will, as far as possible, be able to choose how much information you want to volunteer. We promise not to pass your data on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating via email) may entail security gaps. We are unable to offer complete protection against third party access to your data.
Using our contact data – as provided within the framework of the compulsory site notice – to send us unsolicited advertisement and information material is expressly unwanted. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action should they receive unsolicited promotional information, such as spam emails.
