Domestic Shipping:

General shipping costs within Germany for UPS parcels are 10 €, with an estimated delivery time of three working days.

International Shipping

Explore EU-wide delivery at 15 €, arriving within 3-10 working days. For global destinations, contact us at verkauf@privatsachen.de for precise shipping costs. Be aware of potential customs duties and taxes for non-EU countries, which are your responsibility.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase at PRIVATSACHEN. Therefore if anything is not right, all items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, for refund or exchange.

Ensure items are unworn, with the original label, and in their original condition. Return costs are your responsibility, so please, for your safety, send us a copy of the tracking number once you have shipped back your order. Please send a receipt with your return, returns will not be accepted without it. Shipping costs are not refundable.

International purchases outside the EU are final and non-returnable.
