Where do we store your data?

The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) but can be transferred to and processed outside the EEA. Such transfer of your personal information will be in compliance with applicable laws. For transfers to countries outside the EEA, Cocon Commerz uses standard contractual clauses and the Privacy Shield, unless a decision on adequacy has been made by the European Commission.

Who has access to your data?

Your data will only be processed within our company in Hamburg / Germany for our corporate purposes. Your information will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged for marketing purposes with third parties outside our company. Data will only be shared with third parties to provide you with our services.
